Article 1 – Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
Consumer: A natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, or profession.
Day: Calendar day.
Distance contract: A contract concluded between Yowal and the consumer using exclusively means of distance communication.
Entrepreneur: Yowal, the entity offering products via distance selling.
Durable data carrier: Any medium enabling information to be stored and accessed unchanged in the future.
Order: A request placed by the consumer to purchase products offered by Yowal.

Article 3 – Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and distance contracts between Yowal and the consumer.
Before placing an order, these Terms & Conditions are made available electronically in a manner that allows storage and later consultation.
By placing an order, the consumer confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Article 4 – The Offer
All offers are non-binding and subject to availability.
Product descriptions, images, specifications, and other information are provided as accurately as possible. Minor deviations in color, size, or appearance may occur and do not constitute grounds for compensation or cancellation.
Obvious errors or mistakes do not bind Yowal.
Each offer clearly states:

Import duties, VAT, or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Article 5 – The Contract
The contract is concluded once the consumer places an order and receives order confirmation from Yowal.
Yowal reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, incomplete information, or inability to process payment.
Electronic transactions are secured using appropriate technical measures.
Article 6 – No General Right of Withdrawal
Due to the international, made-to-order nature of our supply chain, Yowal does not offer a general right of withdrawal or returns based on change of mind.
Refunds or replacements are strictly limited to the cases outlined in our Return & Refund Policy, namely:

Lost shipment (no tracking updates for 15 consecutive days)

Items damaged during delivery and reported within 3 days of receipt
This policy forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
Article 7 – Refunds & Returns
In approved cases, customers are not required to return the product, unless explicitly requested by Yowal.
Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy.
Article 8 – Exclusion of Returns
Returns or refunds are not available in the following cases:

Change of mind or personal preference

Order cancellation after shipment

Delivery failure caused by incorrect address details, inability to contact the recipient, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package
Article 9 – Prices
Prices remain valid during the period stated in the offer.
Yowal reserves the right to adjust prices due to legal, tax, or cost-related changes.
Typographical or pricing errors do not oblige Yowal to honor incorrect prices.
Article 10 – Conformity & Warranty
Yowal guarantees that products conform to the description provided at the time of sale.
Defective or incorrectly delivered items must be reported within 3 days of receipt, accompanied by clear photographic or video evidence.
The warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.
Article 11 – Delivery & Risk
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer.
Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and may vary due to international logistics.
Yowal is not responsible for delivery failures resulting from:

Incorrect or incomplete address details

Inability to contact the recipient

Refusal of delivery
The risk of delivery failure in such cases lies with the customer.
Article 12 – Ongoing or Subscription Contracts
If applicable, ongoing contracts may be terminated in accordance with the terms specified at the time of purchase.
Fixed-term agreements end automatically upon completion of the agreed period unless otherwise stated.
Article 13 – Payment
Payments must be completed at the time of checkout unless otherwise stated.
The consumer is responsible for ensuring payment details are accurate and complete.
Article 14 – Complaints & Contact
All inquiries, complaints, or requests related to orders, shipping, refunds, or general support must be submitted exclusively by email:
Complaints must be submitted within 3 days of discovering the issue.
Yowal will respond within 14 business days. If additional time is required, the customer will be informed accordingly.
Article 15 – Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions and all contracts between Yowal and the consumer are governed by the laws of the United States (USA), without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the customer’s country of residence.
