Return & Refund Policy — Yowal

At Yowal, we want every customer to feel supported with their purchase. Since many of our products are shipped internationally, we follow specific guidelines for refunds and replacements based on the circumstances of your order.


1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement only in the following situations:

• Wrong item sent
If the product you received does not match what you ordered.

• Lost package
If the tracking information has not been updated for more than 15 consecutive days, the package will be considered lost.

• Damaged during delivery
If the item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the damage and packaging.

If your case meets one of these conditions, Yowal will determine whether a refund or replacement is issued, depending on the situation.


2. Situations Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement

Refunds and replacements are not available in the following cases:

• Change of mind
Requests based on personal preference (for example: “I don’t like it”, “I changed my mind”, or similar) are not eligible.

• Order cancellations after shipment
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

• Delivery issues caused by the customer
Including but not limited to incorrect address details, inability to contact the recipient, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package.

4. No Physical Returns Required

In approved cases, customers are not required to return the product, unless explicitly requested by our support team.

This helps reduce unnecessary shipping costs and speeds up resolution.


5. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing usually takes up to 7 business days after the refund is issued.

Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
